At Barclay Products Limited, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which is required for all returns to be processed.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer's boxing with all protective inserts, hardware, and instruction manuals included.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
